WTB went through five different formula revisions to ensure TCS Tubeless Tire Sealant is the best option for quickly and confidently repairing ¼” (6mm) punctures. WTB's unique formula cures sealant particulate within the puncture to create a flexible, long-lasting repair.

• Seals Instantly: We made sure TCS Tubeless Tire Sealant is able to quickly seal puncture caused by anything you may encounter out on the trail. Mica particulate seals within punctures using tackifiers rather than relying on the evaporation process of harmful ammonia. This means TCS Tubeless Tire Sealant performs consistently in harsh conditions where other sealants have trouble clotting due to minimal evaporation.
• Ammonia-Free: TCS Tubeless Tire Sealant uses a tackifying process to seal punctures rather than relying on the evaporative effects of many ammonia-based formulas. As a result, our sealant performs better in wet, unforgiving conditions where other sealants have trouble clotting due to reduced evaporation. Safe to combine with many other sealant brands (Stan's not included).
• Synthetic Latex: Synthetic latex reduces the risk of an allergic reaction for individuals with allergies to natural latex products. Synthetic latex also keeps the sealant fresh for many months of riding.
• Optimized for temperatures as low as -9.4°C (15°F): Perfect for overseas adventures - WTB made sure the sealant performs best in the most rigorous riding temperatures. An undesirable amount of antifreeze is required in order to ensure a sealant performs properly at extremely low temperatures. Accepting higher minimum temps allowed WTB to improve sealing performance by reducing the amount of antifreeze and replacing it with additional synthetic latex.

What is the shelf life of WTB TCS Sealant?

• WTB TCS sealant shelf life is dependent on physical properties of the sealant and storage environmental conditions rather than a defined timeline.

• Shelf-Life Criteria:

  1.      Sealant Liquid is still in liquid form (not solidified).

  2.      Sealant particulate can be easily mixed into liquid when bottle is shaken thoroughly.

  3.      Sealant is stored in an ambient temperate range >45°F <90°F (>7°C <35°C).

  4.      Bottle remains sealed in airtight original packaging (unopened).

  If the sealant bottle is open / used, it follows the same criteria as above to determine if the sealant is still serviceable.
