- These are services that do not have products / purchases involved. Pure service / labor only.
- These include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bike wash: Degreasing of drivetrain, wash and rinse of bike and frame. Wheels and chain removed. Cassette brushed. Chain cleaned using ultrasonic cleaner.
- Basic tune-up: Checking of brakes and shifters, ensuring both are in good working order. General safety check of the bike included.
- Bike Overhaul: Cleaning and re-greasing of all bearings - bottom bracket, pedals, hubs, and headset. Freehub servicing. Includes labor for minor adjustments and replacements of essential bike parts like cables and housing (parts sold separately). Tuning of brakes and shifters included. Bike wash, wheel building/truing/balancing, hydraulic brake bleeding, tubeless tire top-up/set-up, and full suspension servicing excluded from overhaul service.

- installation / replacement / other services that would generally take under 30 minutes to complete
- Minor services
- installation / replacement / other services that would generally take under 1 hour to complete
- Major services
- installation / replacement of parts/items that require specific/niche tools and processes, and would generally take 2 hours or more to complete
