Tips & Tricks

• No-matter-what cyclists: Remember to apply WD-40 Specialist Bike Wet Chain Lube  before riding on the rain, snow and/or mud to prevent rust and lengthen the life of your chain.

• Set your bike on a bike stand so the back wheel can spin freely during WD-40 Specialist Bike Wet Chain Lube application. Put an old towel or rag under the chain to catch spills. 

• Angle the WD-40 Specialist Bike Wet Chain Lube applicator right above the chain, just above the cassette. Turn the crank counter-clockwise while squeezing the bottle to fully lubricate the chain. 

• After application, wait a few minutes to let the WD-40 Specialist Bike Wet Chain Lube penetrate before wiping the excess from your chain. Enjoy your ride, knowing you’ve optimized and protected your drivetrain.
