Maximum of 2 colors/materials variation. Materials to be substituted are only the fabric parts, not the leather / straps areas. Material 2 refers to the flap area. 

Lead time is to 2 to 6 weeks, depending on production load. 

Note: If you are only choosing one color for the entire bag, no need to select for Material 2.
